Every coaching journey is unique. Once each month, you'll meet privately with Lux to discuss your experiences, explore where you are on your path, and identify the next stage of your development. Together, you'll examine the patterns, opportunities, and challenges currently shaping your life, and Lux will recommend personalized practices, perspectives, and spiritual exercises designed to strengthen your connection with your Higher Self.

Spirit guides are also consulted throughout the coaching process to provide additional insight into your path and help illuminate the next steps in your development. When appropriate, sessions may also include guided meditations or shamanic journeying, allowing you to seek guidance directly from your Higher Self and your guides through firsthand experience.

Following each session, you'll receive a personalized follow-up email summarizing the insights from your coaching session, along with suggested practices, reflections, and a roadmap for the coming month.
